Sandra Matthews, the founder of Practical Management Solutions, has an Associates Degree in Business and over 29 years of experience in the field of accounting, billing and healthcare management. Mrs. Matthews is knowledgeable in accounting and office software needed to efficiently operate a business. In addition, she is an expert in medical billing and is a Certified Medisoft Instructor. Prior to opening her business, she managed a large medical practice with multiple locations employing over fifty employees. Over the course of her career, she has both performed and managed bookkeeping, billing, and business operation functions. She has researched, written, and compiled numerous office policies necessary to operate a quality business and has developed methods to periodically audit compliance with these policies. Her additional experiences include the operational merge of two medical practices, managing the construction of new office facilities, implementing new physician practices, and coordinating educational seminars.
